These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Nelson Design Collective’s internal Google Ads reporting application (the “Application”). The Application is an internal tool operated by Nelson Design Collective (“NDC”) for use by its employees and contracted operators.
1. Purpose
The Application connects to the Google Ads API to retrieve read-only advertising performance data for Google Ads accounts that NDC manages on behalf of its clients, for the purpose of internal reporting and account review.
2. Authorized users
Use of the Application is limited to authorized NDC personnel. The Application is not offered to, or intended for use by, the general public or clients directly.
3. Acceptable use
Users shall use the Application only for legitimate reporting and account management purposes, in compliance with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and all applicable laws. The Application performs read-only operations and must not be used to attempt unauthorized modification of any account.
4. Data
Handling of data accessed through the Application is described in our Application Privacy Policy. NDC accesses client account data under the authority granted by each client through the Google Ads manager account relationship.
5. Intellectual property
The Application and its underlying configuration are the property of NDC. Google Ads and the Google Ads API are the property of Google LLC, and use of the Google Ads API is subject to Google’s terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “as is” basis for internal use. NDC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of data retrieved through the Google Ads API.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
9. Changes
NDC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
